We are a full-service, boutique-style vacation rental management company, focused on serving our local Breckenridge community with one-on-one, personalized Airbnb and Vrbo property management.

I'm Gabriella, the Senior Director of Business Development at Grand Welcome Breckenridge. I was born and raised in Southern NJ and earned my Hospitality degree from the College of Charleston in SC. I've developed a deep passion for this ever-evolving field with six years in the short-term rental industry and fifteen years in the hospitality industry. I find immense satisfaction in helping owners maximize their investments.

Hi! I'm Tatum, Senior Director of Business Development for Grand Welcome Breckenridge & Summit County. I was born and raised in Wisconsin (Go Badgers!) and have lived in Nashville before settling in Denver. With a background in education and leadership, my career has always been centered around building strong relationships and delivering meaningful results. Having stayed in hundreds of short-term rentals across the U.S., Europe, and Africa, I bring a guest-first perspective that helps properties stand out. I use that insight to help homeowners increase bookings, improve guest experience, and maximize their return with a strategy that actually performs.

What I Love About Breckenridge

With two littles, Breckenridge has been such a fun place for our family year round. In the winter we're all about getting out in the snow and enjoying the mountain, and once it warms up, we love walking Main Street and exploring the trails. One of our favorite little traditions is stopping by Flip Side Breckenridge for burgers after a day out.

Born and raised in the heart of Appalachia, the mountains have always felt like home to me — so landing in Summit County felt less like a move and more like a homecoming. My path here winds through fine dining, outdoor recreation, and hotel operations, capped by a decade in operations management. The moment I joined Grand Welcome, I knew it was the right fit. I love building real relationships with our homeowners, digging into problems until they're solved, and helping guests create vacations they'll talk about for years — all while protecting our owners' investments like they're my own.

What I Love About Breckenridge

When I'm not working, you'll find me outside skiing powder days in the winter, paddling whitewater when the rivers run, or hiking the trails with my dog, Werner. Every season here brings a new adventure, from crisp fall hikes to summer mornings out on Dillon Reservoir.

What I Love About Breckenridge

When we aren't working, we love exploring the natural beauty and local flavors of Breckenridge. One of our favorite places to hike is the McCullough Gulch Trail. In town, we often dine at Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant, where the chili verde really hits the spot after a long day of outdoor adventures.

I'm Madison, the Director of Operations at Grand Welcome Breckenridge & Summit County. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, I graduated with a business degree from the University of South Carolina. My career path has led me through real estate sales and into the short-term rental industry, where I've spent the last three years. I initially joined Grand Welcome as General Manager in Austin/Hill Country, an experience that has been invaluable in helping me better support my teams of General Managers across all our markets.

When I'm not working, I'm usually soaking up the local vibes at The Historic Brown in Breckenridge. It's the perfect spot for live music, where I can hang out with friends and enjoy some great bands.

My passion for aviation led me to serve as an Aviation Officer and Helicopter Pilot for nine years. This experience instilled a sense of discipline and commitment that I now apply to my business. Eventually, my journey brought me to Breckenridge. My wife Kerry, stepdaughter Lana, son Olympiu, and our two dogs, make our home a lively and loving place.
